
Erasmus+ KA171 Exchange Program at The Complutense University of Madrid (UCM)
The Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) and Kutaisi International University (KIU) agreed on the exchange of students and staff in the context of the Erasmus+ KA171 program.

Eligible students: 2nd and 3rd year Management students
Applications should be submitted on the following Application Form.

The application should contain the following information about the applicant:
- GPA information from your LMS in PDF format;
- CV in English in the format of EUROPASS CV;
- English language level: B2;
- Motivation letter, where the applicant expresses the reasons why she/he wishes to participate in this exchange;
- List of subjects you want to study at the university;
- Other documents and information as deemed necessary by the applicant.
STUDENTS WITH ADMISSION PRIORITY
By the priorities of the Erasmus+ ICM Program, students in any of the following circumstances are particularly encouraged to apply:
1. Students with a scholarship from the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia.
2. A large family member, according to the recognition of the country of origin.
3. A member of a single parent family.
4. Student who has a disability that is more significant than 33% officially recognized in the country of origin or residence.
5. Student who is a refugee or has a status of internally displaced person (IDPs) in the country of residence.
6. Student who has social exclusion or social emergency.
7. Student who is an orphan.
8. Student working full time.
9. Students with children, students with chronical illnesses, first-academic students.
A copy of the corresponding certificate or legal document must be provided certifying the above-mentioned circumstance.
SELECTION CRITERIA
A Selection Committee will consider the following criteria in the selection of all candidates:
1. GPA (up to 5 points);
2. English Knowledge level B2 (evaluation score: up to 5 points);
3. Motivation letter (evaluation score: up to 5 points);
4. Applicant’s CV (evaluation score: up to 5 points);
5. Other activities and achievements with proof/documents provided (evaluation score: up to 4 points).
* Based on the submitted applications, students with the best results will be invited for an interview in order to select the final nominated candidates.
