Prof. Dr. Eka Gegeshidze

Eka Gegeshidze is the General Director of Junior Achievement Georgia, where she leads innovative educational initiatives aimed at fostering entrepreneurship, work reediness and financial literacy among youth. With a strong background in economics and education, she has developed some of the most effective educational programs in Georgia, including award-winning curricula recognized by international organizations such as the European Training Foundation ETF Good Practice Example.

Dr. Gegeshidze holds a PhD in Economics from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and currently serves as a Professor at the University of Georgia, where she teaches business administration and project management and supervises MBA and PhD research. She also contributes as an accreditation and authorization expert at the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement.

Eka is a prolific author of both academic articles and educational books, focusing on entrepreneurship, Accounting, platform economics and AI Business models. Her publications and manuals are widely used in Georgian secondary schools and universities. With extensive international training and project Management experience.
