Prof. Dr. Sebastian Hain has studied Business, Economics, and Mathematics at Goethe University in Frankfurt/Germany. He has more than 15 years experience in Cost Accounting, Project Management, Management Consulting and Academica.

  His prime interest in Management are:

    • Cost & Financial Accounting as support for strategic & management decisions
    • Incentive system designs to support organizational goals
    • Leadership and Organizational development in international organizations and turn-around scenarios
    • Digitalization, Automation and AI
 

He held managerial and project management positions at global companies and worked as a senior management consultant in a number of restructuring projects. He is currently Director Controlling at a leading international technology and service company and member of the supervisory board of a HR executive consultancy.
