Kutaisi International University (KIU) hosted a public lecture by Professor Dr. Dr. h.c. Jochen Zimmermann, chair of Business Administration, Accounting and Control at the University of Bremen (Germany), on the topic of “Generative AI in Financial Reporting and Education".
The public lecture was opened by the Rector of Kutaisi International University (KIU), Professor Giorgi Khubua, who introduced Professor Dr. Dr. h.c. Jochen Zimmermann to the students and staff. The Rector expressed gratitude to the German professor for his visit and emphasized that many exciting joint projects with German institutions are planned for the future.
The goal of the public lecture was to present international methods for the effective use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and mechanisms in management, aimed at maximizing the efficiency and productivity of organizational management.
After the lecture, a discussion took place, providing KIU students and staff the opportunity to ask questions on topics of interest and share their opinions.
