Tamar Mumladze studied at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. She earned a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Psychology, specializing in General Psychology, and later obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences.

Her professional experience includes participation in the development of university programs commissioned by various universities, as well as years of work as an invited lecturer at the master’s level.

Since 2006, Tamar Mumladze has been working with minors, as well as with staff of educational and childcare institutions and other professionals involved with children. She is also the co-author of several training modules, professional guides and manuals, including those in the field of education.
