Lela Kldiashvili  graduated from Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, where she received bachelor's and master's degrees in psychology, in the field of psychological assessment and diagnostics.

She works in the field of psychology, child protection and inclusive education as a consultant, researcher and trainer in the state, international and non-governmental sector.

She is actively involved in the development  of the academic and professional programs in terms of  teaching, training and consulting educational processes. She implemented diverse training programs for different target groups,  including Psychologists, Social Workers, Parents and other professionals working with children.

Her research and practical  interests of the field include psychological assessment, child development, psychosocial support, and providing a safe educational environment.
