Giorgi Nikoladze Scientific-Research Centre becomes an institutional member of the European Mathematical Society (EMS)

The Giorgi Nikoladze Scientific-Research Centre at Kutaisi International University (KIU) has become an institutional member of the European Mathematical Society (EMS), following a unanimous decision by the Society's Executive Committee.

Institutional membership marks a significant step for the Centre, opening the way for closer international research collaboration and embedding KIU more firmly within the European mathematical community. The membership is expected to raise the University's international profile and to attract researchers from abroad, further strengthening mathematical research in Georgia. Membership will also enable the Centre to offer greater support to students in KIU's Schools of Mathematics, Computer Science and Physics.

The EMS is one of the world's foremost academic and research societies and counts many of Europe's leading research centres and institutes among its members. KIU is the first university in the region to become an institutional member of the EMS.
