Kutaisi International University (KIU) and the Scientific-Research Centre of Agriculture (SRCA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to launch joint research and international educational initiatives.
The MOU was signed by Kutaisi International University Executive Director/Rector, Mr. Vakhtang Tsagareli, and the Director of the Scientific-Research Centre of Agriculture, Mr. Levan Ujmajuridze.
Through this collaboration, KIU students will have the opportunity to participate in research projects, conferences, seminars, and practical workshops on protecting biodiversity, conserving genetic resources, and promoting innovative agricultural technologies that will open up new academic and professional opportunities for them.
The signing ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the Board of the International Charity Foundation "CARTU" Mr. Nikoloz Chkhetiani, and the Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, Mr. Lasha Dolidze.
