Delivered entirely in English over one academic year by KIU's School of Management, this programme is the only one of its kind in the region and one of only nineteen such jointly administered MBA programmes worldwide.
It was established in the autumn of 2025 under a trilateral cooperation agreement between Kutaisi International University (KIU), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia (SAKPATENTI), bringing together WIPO's global expertise in IP education, SAKPATENTI's command of national IP policy, and KIU's academic faculty and ultramodern campus infrastructure, offering students an educational experience that is both internationally recognised and locally relevant.
International (non-Georgian) applicants are eligible to apply during the current admission period.
Georgian applicants will be eligible following the conclusion of the Unified National Examinations administered by the National Assessment and Examinations Centre of Georgia (NAEC).
