Kutaisi International University (KIU) is honored to announce that Mr. Vakhtang Tsagareli - Projects Director at the International Charitable Foundation "Cartu," Director of Kutaisi University Campus, and Head of the Kutaisi Hadron Therapy Center - has been awarded the title of Honorary Citizen of Kutaisi.
This prestigious recognition was presented during the annual celebration of Kutaisoba - Gviriloba Day. On this occasion, the Acting Mayor of Kutaisi, Mr. David Eremeishvili, extended his gratitude to Mr. Tsagareli for his exceptional contributions to the city and presented him with an award.
