The multifunctional complex of Kutaisi International University (KIU) – Kutaisi International University A Block-KIU, Cartu – was awarded the prestigious gold prize at the FIABCI-Georgia Prix d'Excellence Awards 2024, recognizing excellence in real estate projects.
The award was presented to Cartu Foundation Projects Director Vakhtang Tsagareli, during a ceremony held in Batumi.
FIABCI-Georgia’s second Prix d'Excellence award drew unprecedented attention, showcasing some of the most outstanding real estate projects in Georgia. The projects were evaluated by a jury of industry experts. National-level winners are granted the opportunity to present their projects at the FIABCI World Awards.
Kutaisi International University A Block-KIU is an academic building that fully complies with European standards. With six stories and covering 27,000 sq. m., the facility is equipped with cutting-edge technologies and includes lecture spaces, study halls, laboratories, administrative offices, and reading rooms, all designed to support a modern and dynamic learning environment.
The event, which was opened by Tornike Rizhvadze, Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, was attended by FIABCI World President Ramón Riera Torroba, FIABCI Europe President Felice Tufano, and other distinguished guests.
