Kutaisi International University (KIU) is introducing a new partnership opportunity for private and public legal entities, both local and international companies operating in Georgia. The purpose of this partnership is to offer internships to undergraduate students enrolled at KIU.
By participating in this program, host organizations will gain access to fresh talent from the country's top university and have the opportunity to meet potential new employees who possess high qualifications, knowledge, and skills that align with the requirements of the labor market.
While the University already has several important partner organizations, it aims to expand its network by adding new partners starting this year. This expansion will further promote the development of human capital and provide highly skilled new workforce to employers.
Currently, Kutaisi International University offers English-language undergraduate programs in management, mathematics, and computer science. These programs are developed in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich (TUM), which is a strategic partner of KIU. The educational process at KIU is led in English language by renowned professors and scientists from Georgia and around the world. Therefore, partner organizations can be assured of selecting, providing internships, and potentially employing students from these three programs.

Internships can take place during the summer (July-August) or fall (September-October-November-December) academic semesters. The specific hours and duration of the internship will be agreed upon by the employer, the student, and the University.
The primary goal of the KIU internship program is to foster the development of human capital in the country and encourage mutual cooperation in identifying future talent.
