Starting from the 2026-2027 academic year, Kutaisi International University (KIU) offers an English-taught Bachelor's Program in Architecture.

Program Duration: 8 semesters
General Structure
The Bachelor’s Program in Architecture is a four-year curriculum structured on the basis of 240 ECTS credits.
The program includes:
• 208 ECTS - Compulsory (Mandatory) Courses;
• 12 ECTS - Elective-Mandatory Courses;
• 12 ECTS - Free Elective Courses;
• 4 ECTS - Professional Internship;
• 4 ECTS - Project Evaluation.
Accreditation & International Recognition
The curriculum has been approved by KIU’s International Advisory Board.
How To Apply
For Georgian applicants: Admission is based on the Unified National Examinations administered by the National Assessment and Examinations Center (NAEC) and University Creative Tour.
For international applicants: Candidates must follow KIU’s international admissions process: Admission
Compulsory Subjects for Admission:
Georgian Language & Literature - 25%; English Language - 75%
Mathematics - 25%; Physics – 25%
Applicants are required to complete a Creative Architecture Tour, which includes an interview and a portfolio review.
